THERE IS A WELL ESTABLISHED SWIMMING AREA ON THE INSIDE BEND WHERE SAND ACCUMULATES AND THE DROPOFF IS MORE GRADUAL. THE SITE IS WITHIN VIEW OF THE CONFLUENCE WITH THE CONTOOCOOK RIVER JUST DOWNSTREAM. ACCESS IS ALONG RIVER RIGHT.
