THE SITE IS DOWNSTREAM FROM THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT. HOWEVER, THE WATER AT THIS SITE IS SOLELY REPRESENTATIVE OF A SPRING THAT MAY OR MAY NOT CONTAIN EFFLUENT FROM THE PLANT.
