THE SITE IS DESCRIBED BY THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES (CDHS) AS "OAK BOTTOM (WHISKEYTOWN LAKE)" AND IS LOCATED IN THE OAK BOTTOM AREA ON WHISKEYTOWN LAKE INSIDE THE WHISKEYTOWNSHASTATRINITY NATIONAL RECREATION AREA (WHISKEYTOWN UNIT). THE CDHS DATA WERE OBTAINED FROM THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE (NPS) AND THREE COMMUNITY SERVICE DISTRICTS.
